The International Online Music Awards (IOMAs) is a global event where online artists are given the opportunity to acknowledge the achievements of fellow artist contributions to online music. The event comprises 38 awards belonging to the following categories: Artist, Production, Media, and Industry. There will be one nominee for each category and the nominee with the highest number of votes will be declared the winner in a specified category. The remaining four highest nominees in each category will be declared 'runners up'. The IOMAs is an event organized by International Online Music magazine; a division of R Cat Communications. To preserve the integrity of the awards, and by submitting an IOMA nomination, you agree to and accept the following rules of submission: 1. All nominations must be completed using the official IOMA Nomination forms available online HERE 2. Multiple nomination forms from the same source will not be accepted. You will only be able to complete our nomination forms once. To protect the integrity of the awards, all nominations (except for the Artist of the Year and Classic Album awards) are verified before being accepted. 3. Only one application can be submitted per artist, producer, or industry representative, however, individual band members, Radio, and Label staff may submit separate nominations. 4. Self nominations will not be accepted nor will nominations for work written, composed, or produced under a different name by the same artist or producer. 5. Nominations from the general public are allowed.

6. The nomination period for the submission and receipt of forms for the 2008 awards is September 1st 2007 to December 1st 2007. Final nominees will be announced on December 25th (Christmas Day) 7. The awards event will take place on January 1st 2008 when the overall Winners and Final Nominees will be announced. 8. All Winners and final Nominees in each category will receive a free web-based award and commemorative certificate. 9. Winners and Nominees past and present can purchase physical presentation awards. Total cost of these high quality awards (including shipping) is: IOMA Nomination Awards - 15 USD each IOMA Winners Awards - 25 USD each NOTE: Payment should only be made when the awards are ready to ship. Nominees and/or winners who subscribe to Jimmy Stilettos magazine will receive their awards free of charge. 10. R Cat Communications reserves the right to refuse any nomination. Nominations that cannot be verified will not be accepted and all rules of submission must be strictly adhered to as non-adherence to these rules will result in a nomination form being voided.
